Lovely apartment, easy access to public transport, nice neighborhood, responsive hosts. Positive: Perfect size. Negative: You can hear everything thru the walls.

They were very responsive to all questions and concerns. Michael was very communicative and the location was easy access the train stop. We hope stay there again.

This is a reasonable place to stay if you’re relying on transit/rideshare, but don’t bring a car - parking is practically impossible. The place is clean and newly painted, and has good window air-conditioning, but while some of the fixtures are quaint (claw-foot tub), others are minimal, showing their age, or lacking (not enough electrical outlets, no microwave). Kitchen is decently (albeit eclectically) equipped, but it would have been nice to have a pitcher and ice cube trays.Queen bed in bedroom is nice, but the foam couch didn’t work that well as a bed or as a couch.

Bis auf das Bad, gute Ausstattung, Parkettboden und neue Möbel. Sehr schnelle und freundliche Reaktion des Vermieters be Positive: Ruhiges Stadt Viertel, ruhiges Haus bis auf zweimal laute Musik vom Nachbarn Negative: Das Bad. Duschen war für uns , schon ältere Leute, eine Katastrophe. Alte Wanne auf Füßen und nur Wasser von oben, keine Handbrause. Und keine Steckdose für den Fön im Bad.

A number of small problems and very poor communication with host Positive: furnishings were comfortable, clean, easy access to town Negative: The WiFi wasn’t working (very inconvenient as I was staying there over a work trip!) and the apartment did not feel very secure (a weak lock). Moreover I made a number of attempts to communicate with the host, who repeatedly said they contact me, but never did. Very odd experience.
