No electricity or hot water all night, making the apartment essentially unusable—an absolutely unacceptable stay Negative: This was an absolutely unacceptable and extremely disappointing stay. I would not recommend this property to anyone. The entire apartment had no electricity and no hot water throughout the entire night. This was not a short-term inconvenience or a minor technical issue — we were without these essential facilities for the entire night. Because there was no electricity, we could not properly use the lights, cook dinner, charge our phones and other electronic devices, or use the apartment normally. There was also no hot water, so we could not even take a proper hot shower. We contacted Booking.com Customer Service while we were still at the property and reported the problem. We were instructed to check and adjust the circuit breakers, and we followed their instructions. Unfortunately, the electricity still could not be restored and the problem remained unresolved for the entire night. What made the experience even worse was that this happened late at night, when finding and moving to another accommodation was extremely difficult and inconvenient. We had booked and paid for an apartment expecting basic necessities such as electricity and hot water to be available, but neither was provided for the entire night. An accommodation without electricity or hot water is simply not acceptable. In my opinion, these are basic and essential facilities, not optional amenities. I strongly recommend that future guests think very carefully before booking this property and confirm in advance that the electricity, hot water, and all essential facilities are fully functional. Based on our experience, I would not stay at this property again and cannot recommend it to other travelers.
