Boston 2BR | 2 Baths + Private Deck

A disaster from the moment we walked in. Stayed for an hour and had to leave. Positive: Convenient from airport, welcoming hosts, good location. Negative: Filthy exterior and interior - Broken entry code pad -Dirty carpets - Cockroach infestation - Steep stairs down to bathroom, living room and kitchen! - Unsafe knee access - Exposed AC pipes - Broken light switch - Did not stay - Forced hotel expense - Request rental and hotel reimbursement.

Could not stay there, horrible and disgusting. Positive: Horrible property. Mostly underground. Smells of mold. Door opens into a bedroom. Loud dehumidification units in rooms upstairs. Dark. Not as represented. Horrible disgusting terrible place. Negative: Smells like mold. Half of it is underground in the basement. The front door opens to a bedroom. It is gross, dark, smelly and not luxury in any sense. Horrible and disgusting

Positive: El apartamento estaba bastante limpio y las camas eran cómodas. Michael siempre respondió rápido a nuestros mensajes. Negative: Aunque no era la mejor zona no estaba muy lejos de centro y nunca nos sentimos inseguros

Don’t book this place Negative: We experienced problems during our stay. Besides the odd set up, the basement which houses the living room , kitchen and bathroom were unstable due to the black mold all over the wall and the overwhelming musty smell. The neighbors are heavy smokers and the entire apartment smells like cigarette smoke. There is no outside place to get away from the smell. The upstairs bathroom was not cleaned before we got there which makes you wonder if the bedding was even washed. For $400 plus a night I would expect there to be toilet paper and a clean property. This place was not that.

Positive: great host and a nice apartment. in a good location and parking was decent :)
