3BR Near Harvard | 2 Baths + Free Parking

Positive: The location, the comfort of the kitchen, laundry and the space of the living room also 24/7 assistance with everything we needed Negative: It says it is a 3 bedroom apartment but basically it is not really because 1 room is in the attick of another room with no doors to provide privacy and the room in the attick is with low ceiling and has no window. We came with 2 teenage children, everyone wanted their privacy but 1 child and parents needed to basically share a room.

Positive: The house is beautiful, tidy, and very clean, which put me at ease. The neighborhood is also quiet and lovely. I would like to thank Mr. Michael for his attentiveness and constant communication to check if I needed anything; honestly, it was a wonderful experience for me and my family.

Comfortable Positive: Clean and organized

The home was very comfortable for our family of 5. It is nicely ipdated and clean. Positive: Size was very comfortable. Lots of room for us. We had three teenagers. It was nicely updated. House was very clean.Michael was very responsive and helpful. Keyless Entry was easy when arriving. Negative: Location was just ok. They probably could step up a bit on what is provided in kitchen and either a bit heavier towels or more of them . There are several little things that need attention w minor fix. For saying luxury in heading I would step up a few of dressers as almost impossible to open and use in the first bedroom. Lamps in bedroom so tiny and light they tip when trying to turn on and off. This didn’t like comments only for owner help not part of review.

Gran nevada Positive: Casa excelente, bien equipada.
